OVERVIEW

 

Having been successful in helping secure this contract some years previously Tonik were asked to produce the vision document for the re-bid of the catering space.

Our scope was to evolve the overall identity, and make the space feel new and revived. We began by considering the overall space configuration, ensuring that the customer journey flowed effectively to avoid busy queues at peak times.

After conducting research and gaining feedback we reached a conclusion that we wanted the students to feel an element of ownership of the space and introduced food market style kiosks which allowed students to choose from a variety of different offerings and remained in keeping with nearby competition.
