OVERVIEW

Munsingwear, a Minneapolis-based manufacturer known for its underwear and military garments, introduced the Original Penguin golf shirt in the United States. We were tasked with expanding the 'Original Penguin' brand into the UK market, commencing with the establishment of a flagship store at Westfield Stratford.

Drawing inspiration from its 1950s and 1960s heritage, the brand aimed for an interior design that honored its rich history while embracing a contemporary aesthetic.

Collaboratively, we crafted an authentic yet modern ambiance, integrating original vintage furniture from the era. Spanning across two levels and covering 400 square meters, the store features a bespoke 'polo lounge' and a striking shoe and accessories display wall. Moreover, 'The Players Lounge' showcases iconic T-shirts and bowling balls, further accentuating the brand's nostalgic charm.
