Rocket Van, an entrepreneurial removals business, recognised a niche opportunity for a one-stop removals shop. EDGE was commissioned to create this tight-budget retail brand experience - ‘Box Shop’ – which also sought to promote the Rocket Van enterprise.

What’s the Big Idea?

‘Everything you need to move’: creating an offer that communicates that Rocket Van handles commercial and residential removals and storage - and can even sell you boxes, bubble-wrap, tools and tape through the ‘Box Shop’. Tips are given via a ‘Rocket Science’ service on how to move, the best tools to use and how to make the job easier for all. Plus, the high street presence was a great way of cross-selling the removals business.

Not only has the Box Shop generated an enormous amount of sales from the new ‘one-stop-shop’ concept, but our removal business, Rocket Van, has also seen a 50% rise in business within the local area, due to our new on-street store presence.’
