What’s the Big Idea?

‘Evolving Neighbourhoods’: a strategy to promote estate efficiency in light, space, services, change management and quality, facilitating a happy and consistent working environment for up to 1880 employees. In addition to general management areas, the scheme provided flexible office space in which to grow and contract project teams. The ‘evolving neighbourhoods’ elements expressed the company’s 3D brand values and increased employee pride in their business.

Return on Investment:

‘The overall perception of the office complex from staff, visitors and clients is extremely positive. We were extremely pleased with the design and layout achieved within the constraints of the building design. A great success!’
