OVERVIEW

Tesco wanted a work environment which would embody the business’s values and empower its employees to do great work.

We were appointed to turn the Welwyn Garden City campus into a vibrant place that would make everyone feel proud to be a part of Tesco. Working from the inside out, We created a setting which fostered collaboration, co-creation and enabled showcasing what Tesco does as a brand.

Tesco’s mission, ‘Serving Britain’s shoppers a little better every day’, was the guide. We added personality and human warmth to the dwell spaces which accommodate different working styles. The activity-based workplaces support agile working with a sense of fun.

As well as internal renovations, we designed clear, simple and welcoming navigation with a distinctive Tesco tone of voice that makes it easy to move around the spaces and reinforces what makes Tesco unique.
