OVERVIEW

As a £14bn real estate business, The Crown Estate needed an exemplary workplace which not only positioned them as industry leaders, but as a brand that truly ‘walked its own talk’. We undertook a strategic workplace consultancy process, and deployed a solution that created 450 different working spaces with designated neighbourhoods, ensuring a collaborative, productive and happy work culture.

Every staff member works within the open plan work space, including the Chief Executive. The scheme brings to life The Crown’s mission of Conscious Commercialism, with materials and finishes selected

to provide a timeless design that references the textures, tones and substance of the Crown’s Land Management throughout the UK.

The space has cultivated a trusted, positive and open culture, and has brought priceless results: happiness, loyalty and the ability to hire and retain the very best talent and last, but not least, improved productivity.

Integral to the interior scheme, we were commissioned to deliver a wayfinding, signage and environmental graphics package.
